A cricket landed in my drink, knocking it over against the back rail. We decided God hates soda. We have an endless supply of Texas Douche material, but have noticed a Sooner and Aggie resurgence lately.

Not you guys - last year's crew enjoyed it....too much.

That rule ruins everything. I think the 10 person ex-Pit Crew got off to a rousing start last weekend quietly yelling the serenades of yesteryear. It had all the whimsical appeal of watching present-day Earl Campbell try to run an obstacle course. Let the newbies breath. They are doing a good job and seem to be adding after each game. My favorite part is they seem to know game appropriate cheering moments and have fought the urge to unleash the overrated cheer at bad times. Plus, RV touches them towards the end of each game. How special is that?

Interesting comment after I had the pleasure of sitting in the cricket-infested steep-sloped death trap that is the upper deck of DKR as well as the top of the Zone this season. One guess one which was more enjoyable. Should have built the Godzilla-tron a little smaller and saved some of the money to not have one of the atmospheric trademarks of Fouts . That said, you are still my second favorite Longhorn ever.

How much did anyone expect from LSU after they basically fell apart even with Big Baby? That said, I hope everyone we play out of conference never loses again. Maybe we can have wins over two of the top four Big 12 teams in a few weeks?

The best part of this year is that everyone sucks - arguably from top to bottom the top 25 has so many major flaws that you can make a case against anyone. The teams in the top 5 have played no one save LSU and odds are with an upset by Georgia or Tennessee in the SEC title game you could see Kansas, Mizzou, Ohio St. or West Virginia richly rewarded for scheduling nothing but crap this year. Who's up for a potential Ohio State v. West Virginia slop fest?

The only other team I've seen get such a massive amount of props for losing two games in a row is UNT earlier this season. But, the Skins might be the best 5-5 team in the league....so that's nice.

Outside of the student's bringing energy and a few in-arena exceptions, our so-called fans don't deserve a basketball team this good.

I'll be there with at least two friends. One of us will have the facial hair of a rapist - try and guess who!

I just like that if I look closely enough, I can see myself, two friends and my lady friend in that photo. It's the only shot I have at a legacy outside of a joke or two.

I liked when RV celebrated with the students and was almost on the court with the game winding down, then they hit a three and he got real defeated and backed off, realizing it wasn't over and to ease the celebration dance. You have to pace the sexiness. Let it flow through you and DON'T force it.

Why yes, Plumm I have played football and am actually wearing a jock while typing this. I was a defensive end and offensive tackle - it was great fun. I feel those life lessons really qualified me to speak credibly about how to best call the current players busting their asses for our ENTERTAINMENT "cancers." I know I am a court jestor - I make it obvious in just about everything I do. The sad part is that you have no idea.

PS: Rather than debate me on this thread and ruin something meant to support yesterday's experience, just feel free to PM me your rebuttal if you feel the need. Of course, that would mean I'm under your skin and you're not done with me, so belaboring this thread shouldn't be an issue anyway.
