I know you hate Kansas, but you can't bash Kansas and praise Mizzou. Mizzou could not have played much better and it was still a one score game. Chase has choked in every big game this year - including the Cotton Bowl. We'll see how he is next year when he has no Tony Temple and opens against a top 20 team (Illinois.) He laid a big steamy, turd against OU and the Arkansas impersonators yesterday.

Georgia shouldn't have gotten killed by a slightly above average Vols squad then. USC had the worst loss of any of the top 10 teams to Stanford. There was just no one who deserved the title champion this year - at least the way we have viewed them for the past 60 years. I think it is best for everyone to just ignore this season and move on with our lives.

Isn't Campbell going to be ready to play this week or next? I think Washington has its hands full with Seattle, who I would not be shocked to see make a run. They are the only team (not old QB) out of the NFC group that has done anything in the playoffs the past 3 years.

This is just another sickening example of a BCS Team getting everything it wants - even crappy coats that look like they were left out in a third world bazaar.

I think the Big 10 speed gap to the SEC - of which I am a frequent booster of, seems less pronounced in recent years. Michigan went up and down the field against Florida and the Vols rode a late pick to glory against Wisconsin in a very close game. If I was Ohio State, I would find two inferior conference mates hanging with teams LSU should have lost to very encouraging.

Say what you will about Texas - I certainly do - but they are the only team in the Big 12 to beat a ranked opponent (at game time) from the conference in the last two years. Of course, it helps when they are an overrated preseason team (TCU) and part of this year's PAC-10 sewer water, but still....

I always thought that God making something that grand out of someone as ordinary as moses was kind of the point (and also why he wasn't allowed to enter the Promised Land after he had his moment of pride.)
