I haven't worked on a float since 1983, then it was only to meet women and drink!

I did but I'm really working for NYE since that is when the most folks will be in the area.

I've been working on the Hunt Building, Fountain Place, and Reunion Tower since last week. No one has told me absolutely not, of course, no one has told me yes either.

I'll always remember the faces of the Tulsa bench, when the North Texas chant was echoing through the empty (of Tulsa fans) Skelly H. A. Chapman Stadium, as the clock counted down to zeros! Priceless!

How about that, I made a list for the 1st time all year! Didn't figure I'd do that until the Bottom 10 was posted!

Did I miss where you got this information? Serious question. I'm not saying this is incorrect but my understanding and experience is anyone practicing must not only be enrolled but actually attending classes. I don't see how this is possible as I don't believe UNT has Winter Sessions like they do during the summer. The Summer sessions are what allows our incoming freshman and early enrollees to practice before the Fall semester starts and they will not start practicing until one of the summer sessions begin and then only the players going to classes are allow to participate. This goes for anything athletics related from Weight training to actual football drills. I've known a couple of kids early enrolling at Bowl Bound D1 teams and they were not allowed to be part of the football practices but this was several years ago. Sure they can come stand on the sidelines but not actually participating on the field or in the weight room. Appreciate any official light you can shed here.

We have not lost on Senior Day in any of Mac's three years and this will not change this year! These Seniors will have their picture on Mac's desk just like the last two senior classes! These are the facts and they are irrefutable!

That is my hope also but only time will tell. :-(

Rollins is done, sounds really really bad! So sad for Rex. Bre and McCoy should be good. Smith sounds like he will be ok also. It's a really good thing we have the off week to heal up!

The Hunts own the tower and the Hunt family are pretty big smoo supporters, not sure smoo is paying anyone to light the tower.

Games like today are a coaches dream when it comes down to preparing for next week. Huge win but many mistakes to keep the fire burning on the inside! The staff will congratulate the team but get them back to work and the focus should be intense because we are chasing that perfect game!

You just missed probably the best game of the year to attend, last weeks Battle for the Axe at Goldsmith. Lewisville vs Marcus, aka "The Battle for the Axe", would give you a good experience in regards to Texas HS Football.

Excellent trip! Meeting Karl Malone, during our tailgate walk around, was an unexpected highlight! Another trip where the fans of the opposing team really were enjoyable and over the top friendly. I'll be back for sure and any LaTech fans are welcome at my Apogee tailgate next year!

There are a number of guys working out with the team that do not show on the roster. My understanding is that recruits are allowed on the sideline during pre-game but must return to the stands prior to start of the game.
