Expecting an overly large crowd on Halloween is a bit ambitious. I would be happy with 20k but not surprised to see less. We won't make it from Tulsa of course, but are planning on being there for Homecoming and will be at the game here in Tulsa as well. Plumm is right, it takes a lot of work to fill a stadium and if the rest of the department (promotions, sponsorships, marketing) aren't doing their job it won't happen.

With TU being a generally high scoring fast moving offense and with Kinne back in play, that's a pretty realistic number. If you give them an inch, they'll take a mile. I live across the street from the TU stadium and actually cover some of their games (covered the all night game against OSU a week ago) I also do some freelance for the U and the AD. Unfortunately I won't be able to make the game since I have another assignment. Just a tip, if you park in the neighborhood just east of the stadium (where I live) Be careful to look for no parking signs. There is only one side of parking. The other side of the street gets ticketed every single game. I know it's not a big deal to pay the ticket, but with narrow streets and narrow driveways, it's likely you may get hit as well! Shane

I left this game early with a massive headache and exhausted (shot friday night football in Shreveport then woke up at 5 am to come to the parade and lunch with friends) but it was the first UNT event I have ever left early and I honestly didn't want to. That being said, it was the first time I have ever sat on the Alumni side (even though I graduated in 2000) I can't say that I will be back. 90% of the noise I heard was travelling across the track and field from the student side. I have to say that although I appreciated the nice seats (someone had extra season tickets) I will be headed back to the general admission student side for my next trip.

I thought there were no single tickets available? Only to season ticket holders. Did they back off that?

Suck it up. Play louder. I was at LSUvFLA last week working and you couldnt hardly hear for the bands playing over each other.

I've watched before. During my college years living along the 35 corridor. I also used to go to Dallas a day early if I had to work on Saturday. And although, I suppose a good put of the Denton Co. population could actually pull their residence down there if they wanted to, it's residents

I bought a month of the SMU service, but you obviously do not fully support mac computers. I had problems all night long with the streaming video and you can't even get full screen video!!! Yup, I have tried it from my PC, butmy PC sucks (dont they all) apparently you can get full screen video with a PC but not a mac... also that appears not tobe the only problem ALSO we appear to score precisely when the slider gets to the far right.

I wonder if the premium service is any better from UNT. If would be worth it if I could get full screen and a good feed.

everytime my slider gets all the way to the right I have to restart the feed and then resync the KNTU audio. Its infuriating.

Who you callin a ho.... biotch?! Seriously... it's gonna get better, sure, this is the worst. But ask around... it's bound to happen if you charge forward with this gameplan against a team you have such a talent gap against. Sucks... but the payoff can be great. Just hang in there and stick with the plan laid out by the department and the coach... a plan we were all in love with until four hours ago.
