  1. Thanks for the response. This is my first year. I gave $250 and my company matched $250. It feels great to give back. I'm like a kid at Christmas though checking the mail as soon as I get home.
  2. Nice My ignorance in photoshop has paid off. I think I stole this from Austin Talon around Dodges hiring He can deny it I suppose but I got it on here Man I will have to learn adobe in order to fix it though
  3. I know what your saying. But if we just set up a large Tent area and pool our spots? Im sure if we got organized we could get permission Clarification. They are telling us where in those lots to park or its open once you get in like the past?
  4. if i may be sold bold Are those renewals for you guys when did you buy/renew and how much if any did you give to the MGC I check my mail everyday with baited breath
  5. Just wanted to throw something out there I know the Greenbackers folded awhile ago. I also sparingly attended last year's home games Do we have a true organized tailgating experience? I was at a Coogs game last year and Coogfans.com puts something on. They actually had Silver Eagle Distributorship Sponsoring them, this year is St Arnold's a great local brew. its $5 per person for beer and drink and they card to cover themselves I guess my question is if not why? Secondly is this something we could pull off on a regular basis? Just wanted to gauge interest. I've lurked on this board since 2000 when I saw someone carrying a sign at a bball game for harrysmeangreenreport.com I chatted with some of you during my college days and notice most of you around the games. Just never spoke up. However I can't hide now on the student side and judging by my seats I am in the thick of it over there
  6. From Tennessee Board Linky its the old helmet though
  7. i'll add my seat # when the tickets come in I went back and forth so many times On a side note. When talking to the Ticket office I was asking if we could get a parking spot near a grassy area She goes up by that armadillo looking building there is grass. I said the "the Murchison". She replies, no it looks like an Armadillo I gave up there. Also now that we know where everyone sits. How about where does everyone tailgate? What about getting some stickers/magnets or something that lets people know you belong/lurk/post here?
  8. This is my first year ordering tickets and making a donation since I graduated Section D Row 16. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys.
  9. forgive my ignorance when i was student(01-04) we were in what was now the blue lot Are there that many RV's at the games I drank my fair share pre-gaming but just dont remember that many thanks in advance
  10. I tailgated down there last year for the SMU-Houston Game Its a great scene, however it was hard to find anywhere to do it at. I went on the SMU board for some guidance and they were pretty helpful. however you can only tailgate in the middle strip of the boulevard not the grass surroundings on the other side. I somehow ended up on theological grounds drinking, a big no no Some guys who paid for spots were nice enough to let us steal a slice of there land Here's the post from last year. Please disregard my non-optimism. I didn't know we were getting TD SMU Tailgating
  11. Ok that helps me a little bit She mentioned a parking pass. So basically i have a pass that gets me into the blue lot?
  12. Very confused I made a $500 donation with my season tickets I chose the blue lot. the lady said she would assign me a spot So is this not true? Please help
  13. I can see both sides However shouldn't we be asking if they are promoting it as the unveling, and selling it as that Why did they let it out last night? The inconsistentcies get old I love the Uni's though
  14. the minute i hit reply i knew better
  15. Flyer I understand I am going to make the $250 but I may just park in the Orange if there is grass access
  16. does it bother anyone these are the same slides as the proofs for southlake
  17. Hey quick question I am trying to decide between the blue lot and the orange lot for our tailgating this year Looks like all you guys are in the orange lot. Is there any spaces that have direct access to grass we would love to get some washers going this year
  18. The only bad publicity is four pages of people stirring up crap for nothing so simply taking the ship off solves the problem. I love this board but this ranks up there with the most frustrating threads ever in 5 years. When did we start playing politics and such. So if we weren't actively at war. It would be ok? Ships are always in harms way. Someone google "sink navy" and see the shirts for sale. Granted its Army but isnt that just as alledgely insensitive? So the people who are against the shirt were also for all schools removing any indian references? I doubt it
  19. So how is a goat in a rowboat or no picture less disrespectful. It still implies sink navy I think it comes down to a matter of personal taste. Its not as if theres a map on the shirt showing a naval destroyer in gulf sinking. It references the football game at fouts I can't see any people getting that up in arms about it. Next thing you know we will have to get rid of out SMU shirts for animal rights.
  20. watch out for the PC police Its not a comment on the War. Should we not play the game as well since men and womens lives are at stake overseas. Its a shirt in good clean fun and obviously references a football game If you dont like it dont buy it Who is it on here that says people on here would complain about there dollar being crinkled if they got afree one
  21. What about the Air Force Lighting Bolts
  22. i know i buy it anyway
  23. Use autofill on the google toolbar it even fills in the NT for you
  24. It's Fixed Get voting WE took Caris all the way now its time for the program
