I whole heartedly appreciate the responses from Mitch and G-Money. I still believe that TD and Company are good people and want to succeed here. The lingering question for me is have we grossly overestimated TD's ability to recruit,judge and develop talent?

If this was Nebraska I might consider leaving this program at a hospital In all seriousness though, I'll never walk away from the program. My concern is the students. They have had so much momentum with turning this thing around attendance wise. All these incidents start adding up and killing momentum. What also kills me is apparently this coaching staff is breeding a new group of parents and players and pretty soon fans who will have nothing but bad things to say about my alma mater

He's definetly failed to live up to expectations. I meant if he doesnt turn it around ASAP I think Strong is the real deal. Hes been through 3 HC at Florida and they all have kept him around He's not the be all end all. However I think he encompasses a lot of what we all seek He's a Def Co in a highly successful program. He sees how to build winning programs. Also is familiar with the spread and is probably wise enough to hire a solid coaching staff pipe dream probably and my first choice is for Dodge to get it done

RV has done a lot for the program. However he alone made this hire at a crucial time for our program Miraculously we got the stadium vote through. I think he tied himself to Dodge's success or failure. Do you trust him to make the right hire if Dodge is let go?

Also I have this question Last year TD, whether forced or not, made the right call and cut bait on Mendoza and brought back DeLoach I'm hoping that this job offer for Drake etc was orchestrated behind the scenes and they are allowing him to leave with grace. I hope TD didn't fall back asswards into this gift

Lonnie I don't agree with everything you post but you hit this on the head I remember a players only meeting this season to gauge everyones buy in to the program. This coaching staff apparently needs one as well. We, the fans, the administration etc are buying in for the long term better or worse. If college is too tough for you, now is the time to bail.
