There has been and never will be an abundance of QB's on any NT team or any team PERIOD. We want (need) options at that position. QB's are atheletes that in most cases can be plugged into other positions. BTW, any idea how many fr were actually redshirted last year?

JUCO have helped build this program...and will continue to do so. Pruitt was a great DL. The quickest way to build a YOUNG program, which we have is to secure JUCO commitments. Those players can make a difference and is most cases are game ready...atleast more so than an 18 yr old frosh.

Agreed. DD will stay here for atleast a few more years...One we cannot afford to buy him out and pay a new Coach at the same time. I do however agree, that Flanny may be shown the door. he will be the scape goat (as all Cood. are). It will be a good thing. Change is good. DD will be forced to make this change...lets just hope that it is someone who has a different philosophy. Hire an up and comer...someone with vision. I do think that DD will be very cautious though...he may not want someone who wants to sling the ball around, for fear that with that type of Coach could actually be his replacement ( based on the success, of course). I was miserable all season with this performance...but will be even more miserable for the next 3 months or until spring football starts. GO MEAN GREEN!

I have Brandon Monroe...who at times looks great, but can get lost in the mix. I'm looking forward to BM building on his experiences and fully expect him to lead the D next year. congrat brandon.

I dont think the pressure is high enough on DD yet to make any changes in his coaching staff. If we go through this next year, watch out...Flanny will be gone. Not that would be a bad move now though.

i was under the impression that all juco transfer now have to complete 2 full years at a juco before they can transfer, and they have to have 60 hours minimum completed before they can transfer. again, i thought i heard, not sure though
