    That might be understandable, but so far he has turned the engines off. The one thing I wasn't expecting for this team was a regression from last year. We better get some positive signs quickly, or this board's going to explode before it becomes barren.

    No more having to see or listen to every game. A glance at the ESPN ticker will suffice, and we're talking the savings of hours of time and mucho dinero! I'm pumped!

    I guess we'll know a little more tomorrow night after both games in Manhattan. IF we somehow put together a quality game and whip Lamar, and IF Huntsville gives KState all they can handle, then maybe some of our crying can cease for the moment. Regardless, this is certainly a tearful way to begin this season.

    Patton's 40/25/50 percent shooting numbers (and boards) at Grambling suddenly sound pretty good. What the Hell has happened to CJ?

    Our D sounded terribly disorganized, and really no aspect of our game looks even average.

    I wasn't watching, but I don't like the way those last 32 secs. were handled. Especially since we have very little hope from 3 land. Not easy being green.

    Probably a little worse when you consider our expectations for the year. Hopefully our guys just have some freakish and correctable aversion to shooting when cold weather kicks in.

    All those airballs at the scrimmage had me worried from the get go. If we've simply forgotten how to shoot the ball, we've got to find a better way to attack the bucket and score some points in transition. Do what you can do best.

    No ESPN and no KState streaming, so I don't know where the feed would be coming from for anyone else to pick it up. Guess it'll have to be good 'ole KNTU tonight.

    Hopefully he will be completely 100% and in playing shape by SBC tourney time, but damn this one hurts. I guess the only "positive" is that Overlander will likely be getting some serious experience this year. We're really going to need him to come through.

    The Kstate game is on ESPN3, and it's kind of crappy that we aren't also since they would already be setup for it. Maybe firstrow sports but I kind of doubt it. 9:30 start time it appears. Looks like ESPN2 for the championship game on Tuesday.

    With all the eligible teams in the MAC and even the WAC, I'd be shocked if six wins gets us in. Let's shoot for it anyway.

    Who knows, maybe he can degrade his schedule by scheduling smu, and get the double benefit of getting back at Craig James as well as an easy win?
