How this staff cannot see that they are starting a high school QB at this level is beyond unbelievable. This game/season is certainly not all his fault, but when you have an undermanned and rebuilding defense you've got to take the stops out on the offensive side of the ball. The handling of this QB situation has been nuts since the get go. Oh well, nothing I'm not accustomed to around here.

That we now have regional games we can drive to, but nobody has any motivation to drive.

Pretty alarming since we were one shot away from losing. I am enthused with the high school accolades from some of these guys, but until Benny gets them to come together and actually win at this level I shall remain a bit on the skeptic side of the fence.

I think AM and the D play solidly, and DW comes in for limited action and shines. We win going away 34-14. If my crystal ball is correct, I plan on heading out to The Pass next week for the showdown game that could make or break our long odds chance at a decent season. If my ball is wrong, oh well see ya next season.

Other than the "Austin Fright Night," I'm not so sure that the other two guys have performed a whole lot better overall against FBS competition than JG has. Sad to say of course.

Two FU's at home, and two UT Juniors on the road. I'd say it's possible, but probably only if DW shines and gets to at least eventually move into something close to a two QB rotation. I'm still a bit doubtful that 6 would get us a bowl, but finishing strong like that would make us feel better and help with recruiting. I say let's do it.

Forrest Robinson was a skinny six nine 3 point shooter. Brice has the potential to develop into a big bodied shot blocking defensive post player. Anything great on the offensive end will be gravy. No comparison between the two players.

Excellent get. Should be our first serious Center since the brief career of Shawnson Johnson. Look forward to seeing him play this season.
