Isn't the Alabama game supposed to be on 21 as well as part of the SEC game of the week package? Ohio and Army will be nice to record, but I plan on attending both of those.

Great to hear that we are getting some support from the city folk. Something that we have needed for a LONG time now. Btw, Ball State wasn't exactly depleted. Their defense was almost the same as the one that went 12-0 in the regular season last year. I just hope that our offense AND defense/S.T.'s can continue what we showed last week. If they do, the sky is the limit.

Oh what could have been, when you consider how badly we needed defensive coaching help around here when the senior Jeffcoat took the job down in Houston. Went to the game. Nice crowd but didn't look like it was near a sellout to me. Probably 30-40% left the game by mid-3rd Quarter. Very unenthusiastic crowd for opening night, but I guess that is just smu and so many of the attendees had giveaway seats. Sad outcome. SFA made so many stupid late turnover mistakes that it almost looked like they were paid to lose.

Yeah, he certainly does not play like a freshman. I guess since he is about to turn 21, he probably shouldn't play like a freshman since he has been playing in this system his entire life. Yeah, it was a sound and dominant beating. We basically doubled 'em in the stats, and when you do that you usually more than double 'em in the score. 34 or more would have been nice, but I'm more than happy with any win at this point.

The only bad I would add is the coaching calls on the two missed field goal attempts. Not just saying that in hindsight because they were missed, but considering our momentum and the way we were moving the ball, I probably would have gone for it both times. Certainly at least on the first one. Otherwise, a VERY impressive game.

This is what I'm hoping for, some veteran leaders to step up and propel this team to victory with a collective MAJOR attitude adjustment over last year. Hope Cam or someone steps up as a leader on offense, because attitude and effort are such a big part of this game. Looking forward to the win tomorrow!

I don't know, I'm kind of worried that he may be too short kind of like Riley, PC, Booger, Jamario, and several other players we have had here? Nice pickup. I saw him play a couple of times in high school and he looked VERY special.

OOPS! He must of jumped me to Penson while I was scanning the roster. I guess I'll go with another great high school player with potential who we really need to step up who goes by the name of Breece Johnson. We really could use some good hands people this year!
