There is no excuse for this game. This is worse than FIU last year, Rice 5 years ago etc. This is in the Dodge realm of ineptness, and I'm sorry but Mac's seat just started to warm a little for me. We have looked terrible in every phase today, absolutely terrible. If I hear one f'ing word about how young this team is, or how we're under the scholarship limit after the game that makes the seat warmer IMO. No more excuses, no more bullshit, why is this team so Jekyle and Hyde?

Yeah this was who I was referencing, I just don't think we have a shot with the kid. I'm sure we'll be able to find a capable JUCOreplacement or at least a 260-270 lb JUCO RT who was a step quicker than most lineman.

I am almost certain we will sign a JUCO TE if they can find a decent one.

O line is still pretty young for the most part, hopefully we'll start seeing performances like Tuesday nights in the last 5 games.

I think Arkstfan posted an article on his website showing how many teams will be eligible, looks like as of right now it's 50/50 whether or not there will be 70 bowl eligible teams. In order for this to become a possibility, we have to win @ MT, vs. ASU & vs. USA making us 6-4 heading in to the final two games, which will be the most difficult.

Drew Miller has been decent in limited time and he came up huge last week but Tanner Smith just does not look ready to be an FBS TE yet IMO. I wish Power was more of a receiving threat though. I can't even imagine the type of difference an Andy Blount would make for this team in terms of opening up the run game through play action.

I wonder what happened to Bynes, he has been non existant. Also, next year could be even worse with Delgado & Bynes leaving, who knows if Darius Terrell is for real, will either Schrapps, Harris or Lancaster be ready? I hate to say it but I would not mind spending 3 scholarships on 1 JUCO QB & 2 JUCO WR's.

I'm at a loss for words right now, we should not have lost that game. I just don't see how special teams play is as bad as it was. This doesn't knock us out but right now it feels like we're looking at 5-7 at best with games remaining vs. ULL & ASU at @ WKU & ULM to close out the year.

ULM's flash in the pan success this year shouldn't be a measuring stick for us. The students are enthusiastic and will continue to grow in numbers, provided we continue to win. I don't know about the alumni though.

UNT has offered Darius Lemora, safety from Port Arthur Memorial, making him the 5th player from Memorial in the class of 2013 to be offered. DT Matthew Romar is the best of the five and has an impressive offer sheet so I'm not sure if he's in the cards at this point. Also, I believe we have offered Gary Moore from Clarksville, although I'm not sure how recent the offer is. He doesn't show an offer on any of the 4 websites but I read the other day we offered him as a TE. He is from the same school Jarrian Roberts came from and is 6'6 and a 5.7 grade on Rivals, #73 WR #61 overall Texas prospect.
