  1. Also in DE news, according to scout we have offered this kid from Florida along with UTSA, Buffalo & Idaho http://northtexas.scout.com/a.z?s=353&p=8&c=1&nid=6166275
  2. Damn, look at all the shit you just typed no one will read.
  3. Yes, that is what I am talking about. Mississippi State, Houston, Troy and New Mexico all offered Jones a scholarship.
  4. I wonder if we could possibly get that home and home back with Tulsa once they leave. I think it was for 2014/2015, that is the only positive I can see right now. Tulsa,UTSA, UTEP, Rice, LT, USM & Marshall are the only schools I half care about competing against and it looks like two or three of them are about to jump ship.
  5. Here are his highlights from freshman year.
  6. So... If the MWC decides to grab UTEP, Rice, Tulsa & UTSA, WTH do we do?
  7. I'm not a subscriber, but per the update from yesterday he has now been offered by Fresno State, Miami (OH) and Utah. I wonder if we will be able to hang on to him. http://northtexas.scout.com/a.z?s=353&p=8&c=1&nid=6207079
  8. Commits to Oklahoma State http://northtexas.scout.com/2/1241370.html
  9. LMAO. This & the article on bath salts literally made me LOL.
  10. "After a bit of a rough start to the season, his play smoothed out and he finished strong at the right tackle spot. So much so, that a Big XII program is hot on his heels and has set up an official visit for him. The weekend of November 17th, he'll be heading up to Stillwater to see Oklahoma State take on Texas Tech. The Cowboys have yet to offer, but Brandon has made it known that if one comes, he's more than likely to commit." "Contingent on what happens in his visit to OSU, Brandon is still weighing his options and preparing in case that offer doesn't come. For the month of December he's set to visit UTSA the weekend of December 1st and then UNT the following weekend. The one factor that could sway him into a decision, is just the best overall fit. If that feeling comes, look for him to pull the trigger." http://www.insiderunnersports.com/football/articles/garrett-lining-up-visits
  11. Thank Sinbad for that. Me waking up today.
  12. So...Say we win out, go 26-2 or whatever it is. What would our RPI be? Like 367?
  13. Browning will be back for the ULM game.
  14. I'm glad it passed, it's a step in the right direction, I hope some politicians take notice that the polls are showing more and more people in favor. The benefits to cancer patients is too much to ignore IMO. That said, I don't see any way the federal government is just going to give two states a "pass" on what is laughably a schedule 1 narcotic.
  15. We need all of Schrapps, Lancaster,Kidsy, Smiley & Carlos Harris to turn this offense around, I'm excited we're at least getting some faster commits at WR. And both had at least 1 FBS offer. GMG.
  16. Cameron Smith, 6' 178 4.48 http://northtexas.sc...c=1&nid=6626793
  17. Will this be on mean green premium? If so, best 10.95 I've ever spent.
  18. I remember the mighty JQ wasn't the fastest guy out there when he first came to North Texas, but he worked at it relentlessly and we all know how good he was. From what I have heard this kid has the same type of work ethic.
  19. I should have clarified, I meant among the players they gave ratings to yesterday. Nonetheless, two 3* offensive lineman(Hunter Siddons/ESPN) is not too shabby. I'd also like to add that John Schilleci was a steal and if we can hang on to him he'll be a player here. Work ethic is second to none and he's about as physical as you could ask for in a DB.
  20. They finally got around to giving our commits rankings, Cody Nelson is the only one who graded at 3*, 82 overall. http://northtexas.247sports.com/Season/2013-Football/Commits
  21. What about James Hamilton last year?
  22. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Mac's first class have 6 or 7 that didn't show up or left the team?
  23. 2-9, 3-9, 2-10, 1-11, 2-10, 3-9, 5-7, 3-5(probably 4-8) is what has surfaced the last 8 years. I mean no disrespect to you, Connor's class could very well be the one that turns things around, but most of us have sat through enough losses and just can't do it any longer. I'm tired of writing off seasons halfway through and rationalizing it by the fact that we have freshman and sophomores out there who will be all conference by the time their seniors, or so everyone says. Only problem is we've watched this same cycle since 2005 with players who don't pan out and I don't even know what to say at this point.
  24. Also, LOL at anyone who thinks Pegram-Terrell-Berglund will just fix everything next year.
  25. I don't care what anyone says, up until this point I haven't seen the team just completely give up out there. That is what happened today, it is Dodge-ball with running instead of passing. And I am not just talking about the score deficit being Dodge-like, I'm talking about the fact that both the coaching staff and players checked out early today. Disgraceful. This is freaking MTSU, not LSU. I'm probably just drunk but I'm concerned with what we have in place(players & coaches alike) in terms of making a bowl game in the next three years.
