I'm sorry but this argument doesn't make sense. They are players who Dodge signed, but they would not have developed the way they have without McCarney. I have complete faith in DMac's ability to develop players, especially under the radar guys.

Dunbar has the worst luck. Injured at the same time Murray was injured, and the few carries he has had up until this game he was met in the backfield and had no chance. Finally showing something today and then a direct snap play designed specifically for him get snapped to Mercury. Meanwhile Bobby Rainey is getting 20+ carries a week at Tampa Bay. Really wish he didn't play for the Boys, he would have had more chances by now elsewhere.

So... Do we win a bowl game if we get this type of QB play? Do we beat Tulsa with this type of QB play? If we lose to Tulsa will we be shunned by HOD and forced to go to Hawaii or New Orleans to play a sun belt team? I'm happy with any bowl don't get me wrong but playing ULL + 35K Cajuns or a game in Hawaii would be a slight let down.

I don't know he led the nation in tackles last season, has 7 FBS offers and is 6'2 225, he's a linebacker through and through to me. We are obviously trying to bring in one JUCO LB maybe two in this class given all the offers at that position. I have no inside source but I think we have a real good shot at landing Akii Smith of NEO.

I love you guys' enthusiasm, but we will be lucky if we have one player drafted. Orr, Abbe & Chancellor will probably be signed within 24 hours of the draft being over I just don't see them getting drafted. Keep in mind that during the bowl years we had one player drafted in the 6th round. Orr & Brelan are both undersized and will have to prove scouts wrong. Abbe has the measurables but hasn't had much production up until this year and like Brelan will have to show out at pro day to get on someones draft board. Just being realistic here, I think Cyril Lemon and A. Johnson have a good shot next year though.

Senior bowl invitations are a pretty good indication of who might get drafted. If no one is invited to a senior bowl they'll likely go the free agent route. Those practices are huge for any prospects draft hopes. Although I will say there will definitely be more scouts than in years past at our pro day with three intriguing seniors in Chancellor, Orr & Abbe.

The first rowdytalk topic ever linked here a few months ago let me know what the UTSA fanbase is all about. I haven't ventured over to that forum again and refuse to do so. Worst fanbase I've encountered hands down.

He got some good minutes against Golden State recently. I don't know how many guys picked past 13 you expect to get 20 minutes a night, but there aren't many.

It already has. Almost every commit so far has had FBS offers and not just offers from military academies, we have beat out some good schools. There are still a bunch of uncommitted players out there who I think we have a strong chance to land. Sure, we haven't landed any 4* defensive lineman, but we're winning battles we haven't won in the past and will finish this class out strong once these guys take their official visits.

I don't see how you look at all that and predict a victory either. UTSA is a decent team. We are a damn good football team, they will find out soon enough.
