I really like his commitment to the university, he didn't sign a scholarship with Todd Dodge, he signed with UNT. I like him more than those other south lake quitters Dodge brought in my senior year. But to play devil's advocate, do you think another d1program would take him as a scholarship player at this point in his career?

Yeah it's a mystery to a lot of the people who knew him. When he lived with me for a summer in college he never messed with any of that stuff. We couldn't even talk him into drinking with us. My best guess is that he was friends with some people that were mixed up with that crowd and was doing a favor for a shady character. A bad decision that cost him the ultimate price. That's all speculation and we may never know truely why. All I can speak on is what I saw and knew. But it's a good and tragic lesson on the dangers that can befall anyone that age if poor choices are made.

Justice is served but it is sad when two young lives are wasted. Jermaine had a bright soul and a bright future. Now neither one of them have a future. Rest in peace Jermaine. I miss you brother.

Why are they sooooooooo snobby? They think their poop smells like roses. How come they never let me sit with them in the lunchroom and date all those other skanks instead of me. Let's face it, we are their bottom b!+<#. It sucks but we just aren't that pretty in our adolescent 15th year back in D1. It's allright though, don't cry yourself to sleep staring at your Justin Bieber and Tim Tebo posters. In 10 years we will develope and mature and get a ton of plastic surgery, then we will be to hot for their ass and they will get to watch us go on dates with all their friends. You just wait.

After playing for both men I believe they are both extreemly skilled football minds, just on two complete extreems of the spectrum. They both have their flaws though, and have suffered because of them. I would like to argue the comment that dickey lacked skilled qb's though. Scott Hall or Andrew Smith could have run dodges offense better than anyone he's recruited or played so far. But for the sake of my Alma mater I hope to god we win some games this year! Go Mean Green!!!

Him blowing out his knee was probably the major reason. I have heard some talk of him hooking back up with a former Mean Green coach who now coaches in Canada. The good news is that the knee is now 100% and he will be back near to top speed when teams want to look at him. He worked his butt off this offseason to get the knee back from injury, so I wish him all the luck in the world. By the way I'm back from the dead.

Muzzy and Amanda Neal are getting married tonight. Muzzy played here from 03 - 07 on the football team as a reciever and special teams player. Amanda was a swimmer from 04 - 07. Both are great friends I went to school with and played ball with. I wanted to be the first to say on behalf of the Mean Green nation "congrats". I love you guys!

He is actually and unfortunately not going to be playing tonight. He roled an ankle earlier this week and was put on the Canadian league week to week IR. Unfortunate but minor. Get well JQ. Somewhere Quoner weeps.
