It's realistic to think that AAC, CUSA, and SBC will all end up in 2 large G4 conferences at the end of it all, with a few giving up pretenses and going back to FCS. We need to be in the Top 80 as noted above. Try to work with Rice and La Tech to get there.

I think we owe a game @ UH to fulfill the H&H contract. I guess we'll see if it gets scheduled, my guess is yes. A&M was a RV-scheduled guarantee game, WB has gotten us out of that business. Only unreturned games left are @Mizzou this year and @Wisconsin in I think 2025. It would be nice if we could find an opponent that Wisconsin would accept as a replacement and get out of that one freeing up a date for another future H&H series.

I would outlaw activities where the sole purpose is to force or trick the opponent into a penalty. Hard snap counts is where I would start. The defense is already prohibited from using fake offense signals to entice a false start; no reason why the QB shouldn't be similarly restricted.
