Dodge is still a celeberty in Southlake. A lady who lives in Southlake was telling me a couple weeks ago how she saw Dodge eating lunch at a resturant the other day. The way she was telling the story you would of thought it was Tom Hanks she saw.

UNT should of at least sent out an email to all of the students on Wednesday about the bus. It does not cost anything to send out an email to 35k students and it takes only a couple minutes to write an email. In fact, students should be getting regular emails about athletics and other things that are happening on campus in order to encourage them to participate in the college experience. Is this too much to ask?

Yea, I ended up just listening to the host team audio and turned off KNTU. They did an ok job, although one of the Indiana State guys seemed to be losing his voice. For the home games do they use the KNTU audio?

I signed-up for Mean Green Premium (via meangreensports.com) yesteday and watched UNT play Indiana State. I was pretty impressed with the video for the most part. It was a great game to be able to watch live. Has anyone else been using the Mean Green Premium? Is the video usually this good?

Tim Christian. We were in the same fraternity and he really was a great guy. I remember he would stop by the house during two-a-days and smoke cigarettes with us between practices. He had a lot of good stories about Simon.

The main reason Bush was so unpopular is because he invested so much of his focus and our country's resources in fighting terrorism. He saw it as the biggest threat to America and aggressively attacked it. In the months following 9/11 Americans were in agreement with Bush's war on terror because 9/11 was still fresh in everyone's mind. Shortly after his re-election people stopped worrying about terrorism and started worrying about other things. Bush accomplished what he set out to do which was to move the fight against terrorism off our shores. The "problem" is no one is worried about terrorist attacks in our country any more. It wasn't even an issue during the elections.

I had this wierd dream the other night that I was at the game against UTA last year. I was sitting in what appeared to be middle school bleachers watching two division 1 schools play basketball on a stage. You know, the kind of stage you would watch a play being performed on. Anyways, in the background there were all these people sitting in what looked like movie theater seats. It was like there was some sort of wild collision between a middle school gym, a performing arts stage, a movie theater and a college basketball game. It was the strangest dream I have ever had.

I assume Deloach played a large part in recruiting the defensive players the last time he was here. I trust he will have the same success or better this time around.

I got the new ones at the Southlake tax office last January. They had a big stack of them. I'm not sure when you tried to get yours, but you may want to try again. Unless you want them to say something specific, you shouldn't have to order them from Austin. Your tax office/DMV should have them in stock. If they don't, I would ask them to start carrying them.

Do you recall when we played OU earlier this season and one of the OU coaches mentioned that they were surprised how UNT did not make any adjustments to the defense during the game? That can only be blamed on coaching.

Fortunately, he will be back next year. If he keeps his numbers up, he could make the list in 2008.
