Which is worse, our attendance for our 20 win-a-year basketball team or TCU's attendance for their top 25 fooball team?

Tell your wife if she doesn't go to the game that you that you will hold it against her the rest of her life and that everytime you get in an argument with her, no matter what the argument is about, that you will bring up the fact that she didn't go to this game with you. Once the shocked look appears on her face reinforce it by saying "And no, I'm not kidding" then just walk away and punch a hole in the nearest wall. Works every time.

They just updated it, they now show us going 23-4, finishing 17-1 in conference. Wow, that's only one more loss the rest of the year. Someone should send this to JJ so he knows.

Todd: "Yes, I would like to take this time to encourage you to steal iPhones from your fellow players so I could supply you with guns."

I think you are more likely to witness a win watching our basketball team than the Cowboys.

You raise ticket prices and use the extra revenue to expand the stadium. Simple supply and demand. It will be a great problem to have when it happens.

You can buy UNT alum plates at any DMV. The DMV in Southlake had a stack of about 50 of them the last time I was in there. This is a 3rd party website that just opened literally yesterday through an agreement with the state. They may add other schools down the road, but you can still get a UNT tag at any DMV in Texas.

We really do need to win tonight. The team needs to get this monkey off its back.

I will be going to support UNT Football. The different coaches, players, fans and administrators will come and go, but as long football is being played at UNT, I will be there.

If the topic is about turning around a losing program, we do not need to look any further than our basketball program. JJ came and took over Trilli's team that had one of the worst records in UNT bball history. His team now has one of the best. Our basketball program, like our football program, does not have an extensive history of winning seasons. Sure it is easier to turn around a basketball team than a football team, but both teams have to compete against other teams that are trying to improve. We are very competitive in bball. In basketball we found a coach who can recruit AND coach a team to win. I hate to say it, but Dodge is starting to remind me of Trilli.

I went to the last UNT game there two years ago. I tried to sit in the lower floor seats but looking up at a stage to watch a bball game was just too wierd. I then moved to the bleachers which were packed. It was more of a traditional way to watch the game, but still felt odd since the bleacher section is small. I may try the balcony next time. Also, if you are going to the game, show-up early. Last time we played there the line to buy tickets was very long. Many of the UTA fans were surprised by this. That's what happens when you schedule a local team. SMU and TCU should try this, hint, hint.

I've been DVR'ing it as well. I think it is on at least one other day and time as well on Fox Sports Southwest. For those who missed it, Thompson's tour of the athletic center was done in a MTV Cribs sort of way. One of the better features they have done on the show. They may have to extend this weeks show to one hour in order to get all of the offenisve highlights in.

Maybe they should schedule UNT. With the attendance we have been having we should be good for at least 20k fans. I'm sure we would bring more fans than Colorado State did this year. I don't understand why doesn't TCU want to play us anymore. Until they do, I won't be going to any of their games no matter what their ranking is.

SMU and TCU can't sell out their stadiums either and they are members of the magical conferences you reference.

If we want to win the conference this year I would agree, but no one expected us to win the conference this year. We were picked to finish dead last or next to dead last in the conference this year. Even if we win today, if we go on to lose the rest of our games this year it will not "lock in" Dodge.

I've usually have good sucess with MG Premium even though my PC is 5 years old. I connect by wire into my DSL modem. I have talked to others who were watching it with problems while mine was fine. If I do have problems I just reload a couple of times and it seems to fix it. I'm sure the PC and connection plays a big part. I think it is worth the $9.95 per month.
