I go to the Alamo Bowl every year....just an excuse to drink beer and watch what is usually a good college football game....not jazzed about Mich St and Tech...but the mexican food and cold beer will make the trip worth it......

no I am arguing that if TCU played Ou, Tu, OSU etc...or Tenn, UGA, UF, Bama etc...they would still be good (top20) but would slip up and lose at least one game maybe two.........

Maybe I will try again to get back on College Gameday...i was so full of excitement the last time I got on with my "Dodge is Chases Daddy" sign... only this time my sign should say ..... "Get the Dodge Out of Town" "The Sun Belt is Dodge's Daddy" "5-28" last time I drove 300+ miles and pulled an all nighter to get to San Antonio in time for gameday...... Fort Worth is only 25 miles.........but then again I would have to actually care....nevermind......

Apathy has set in ..........use to try to reschedule or maneuver my Saturday family events around the UNT games.....not so much this year...i am a alumni and 10 year season ticket holder and I have been to exactly 1.5 games this season (Ohio and half of WKU).....plus my annual road trip game was canceled this year as well.....not this year for the first time in 12 years...... It is the lack of competiveness that is killing me..... I will be at the Army game for one last hurrah....something has to change and if it means no more season tickets so be it..... Go mean Green

for the record I was with Big Dawg....we were standing for the kickoff and the first third down stop....that was when we were told to sit down.....by no means was this a "whole" game machismo thing....it was kickoff and third down......the whole point I think of this was that more than a 1/3 of the section over from us was standing and not a word was said....since it was the first minute of the game I doubt anyone had complained.... i think we just had an overzealous staffer who wanted to "feel the power" and show the others he controlled section B.. no big deal GO MEAN GREEN

same thing happened to me.....i was told to sit down, eventhough many around me were standing.....i hope the event staff dont get hired to do an A@M game
