Oh, I ran them to DVD several years ago. I've got one from the old record store on Fry/Oak street too, I think. What was the name of that place? I think REO Speedealer is on that one. And Hagfish from Rick's place. And the Reds opening for Boris the Sprinkler (and the Boris show) at RGRS when it was still the garage only. Can't remember all the details off the top, but they're all on DVD.

It's funny. J&J's basement had shows back in the mid/late 90's, back when it was Mr. Gatti's basement. I recorded a couple of shows on 8mm videotape in those days. Jeff Sillie's group-o-the-week, and whoever else--and then the basement was closed and not used for more than a couple years IIRC, because of fire code concerns. Nobody really cared then. I guess now it has more history.

Did you not get your GMG.com back patch when Harry sent out the welcome kit to you? You're supposed to put it on the GMG letter jacket we got the year before he sent patches out. Shoot him an IM.

Good folks. Excited that Cade is going to be at UNT. One thing that was interesting about our conversation--Graham Harrell was one of the main reasons for Cade's committment. Good things to say about SL and program. I told him we were excited to have Cade and look forward to seeing him in green.

Her actions were treasonous, and disregarded the gravity of her office, her oath to serve her country as Secretary of State, and the security of the people of the U.S. If you or I did something similar, we would be in handcuffs in a federal prison cell.

It always irritated me when a guy I managed started complaining about his/her pay relative to a co-worker. I always asked them something along the lines of: "Was the $ figure you're paid disclosed to you when you signed on? Yes? And you found it fair and took the job? Yes? Then what is this discussion about? Can you enlighten me? Because I'm not sure what your co-worker's pay has to do with yours?"

In other words: "We didn't have a clue about the true situation we were bitching about, made a gross, unforced error in judgment, got our ass handed to us after looking like callous, entitled fools, and now realize we're not in school anymore."

I have not renewed. I may still.
