I hope he gives it a lot of thought. USC program is a train wreck right now.

I didn't see any mention of their home and home with the Bobcats being a "cupcake" date...

Pretty good overview of how Clemson was able to avoid Alabama's strengths and win the game from the outside in. Also talks about the Big 12's influence on Clemson's program, and why that style of football gives Alabama problems. https://www.footballstudyhall.com/2019/1/11/18175447/dabo-swinney-revolutionary-hero-clemson-tigers-alabama-crimson-tide-nick-saban-process-spread

Agree. Rams whipped Dallas at the LOS.

I thought the Clemson receivers were absolutely outstanding last night. Having said that--Lawrence put the ball where he needed to in order to give those receivers a chance to catch it. That's what a good QB should be able to do when afforded protection/time.

I agree. I think he's probably a good candidate for a coordinator position in college, but he really didn't do enough at Tech to merit the same position in the NFL. I thought he was in over his head at Tech.

UNT Watch faces

Those look great! -
Disinterested alumni and students is what I remember from when I lived down there.

Georgia got their ass kicked.

UCF and USF are VERY similar to UNT in a lot of ways.

If you were graduating with a degree and were guaranteed a job after graduation with a good salary, would you re-enroll for 3 more hours just for the heck of it? Not quite the same thing, and I struggle with the letting down your team aspect, but a head coach would leave in a heartbeat to take advantage of more $ with less to lose.

Reminds me of Houston vs Air Force in the AFB a few years ago. I'm sure some UH fans are having flashbacks.

I did. It just takes commitment from the top and from the alumni. UNT truly can be the big dog in the conference and a player in FBS if they commit to the effort it takes.
