Yeah I should have been clearer. He's been on a short list of potential OCs for several teams. He was also an associate head coach for offense at a couple of stops.

He's known for being a very good recruiter. Was on the short lists of up and coming OCs recently. Could be a good hire for Sack.

Most businesses that discourage it do so because their clientele demands it. Personally I have no problem with someone wanting to mutilate themselves in any manner they see fit.
