Stewart probably has the most upside of any of the players on the team. From what I hear, Bell is better than both Hines and Brown.

Unlike football, Texas is not the top Basketball state in that nation, thus recruiting Texas kids has no real influence on how good this team can be.

This is probably the only thing you are wrong about, the chemistry on this team is much better than on last years team. Any reason on why Hines and Watson played such few minutes?

I doubt it would happen, but I'd love to see the Athletic Department atleast attempt to try to do something like this. I would love to have them do it for Western Kentucky but they don't come here this year. You could do it for the Pan-Am game which is you know is going to be a blowout. Let people come out see the team run all over someone, maybe people would come back.

Wouldn't the marketing and advertising groups have to do work then? Sine that is the case, I don't think it can happen.

20 wins means NIT 3 of our losses are to teams that most likely are NCAA Tourny bound (HOU, TAM, UNCW)

That is what I was told from someone who used to work for the cheerleading orginization. Weaker by means that they could have gone up another level, but choose not to.

The cheerleader thing is pretty complicated. But they all do football because competions are held in November. But most of them will quit after competion because they no longer want to work. The whole situation is really messed up. And they won a "national championship" in the weaker competion. And they refused to go to the next level. That is where things really get complicated.

I don't remember seeing Davis on the bench last year during the Holidays either, so it probably is just that.
