How about putting "Pit Crew" under the Eagle? Maybe the "We are Noth Texas" or whatever the PC slogan is, on the back with the sponsor?

Being injured for 9 or 10 games can help your shooting percentage.

I know for sure that two players are leaving...but a third, I can't think of who it would be? How many can they give out? They would have 11 coming back, two of them without ships from last year, two players are leaving for sure. Plus they have signed three players, so I guess they could have some left.

They went after this kid hard too, kind of disapointing. But then again who wouldn't pick the SEC and a top 25 team over any team in the SBC <_

ugh...they will need to get a point guard after Hines leaves. I'm not to confident with Sturns running a team. Let him play two and get solid freshman point gaurd in. But atleast we are starting to recruit top players, I heard rumors that a few players are transfering, giving us more open scholarships.

So did we sign just one of these kids, or did we sign both of them?

I feel JJ is a good coach to get the team moving in the right direction, but isn't a very good GAME COACH to get this team to move to the next level. He seems to have a good team theme working, but lacks the skills to coach his team during the game.

I am a college basketball game, and haven't missed a single game all season. I don't know a thing about muisc. I can tell that when the WKU band played, people chanted and sang along. They got their crowd into the game. You all might be the greatest musicians in the world, but I wouldn't know, and don't really care becuase I am there to watch a basketball game. The band is there to add to the "experience" of the game. The other bands seem to get "into" the game, not just there to play during the game. I am curious to as if their any diffences in the band when you guys travel to the tourny?

Our recruiting has serious issues, most of the teams have freshman who make a positive impact. Granted I think Williams will be very good, and the core of this team, JJ has yet to get player who can carry a team or be the leader of the team. Hines was a great catch, but Juco players can be used to add pieces to the puzzle, not start the puzzle. With five seniors next year, JJ has to do some damage with this team, or he should be looking for a new job.

Women are only losing one player, who is essentially a non-factor. They should be pretty good next year, with most players returning. I haven't really heard anything about who they have coming in next year though.

ULL has that very annoying "Cajun Ball" yell that gets real old real fast

There will most likey be under 1K for each game, which reflects poorly on the school and makes the SBC look horrible. This should have been expected when you can't get more than 2k at a normal game, why would these same fans come out and watch to "other" teams?

I dislike ULL and a few of there players. Therefore I hope for Denver, so they can go join another conf like the MWC or something.

Most of what was said was true. We will be lucky to draw 10,000 for the WHOLE thing.

I'm afraid if I walk in the Pit friday afternoon at noon, I would be the only person there watching a women's game.

I doubt that we could sell out the Pit (w/ NT fans/students/alumns) if any ACC team came here, not ACC fans.

Wake Forest has students on waiting list for games, if you miss two games in a row as a student, you get your tickets given to someone on the waiting list.

Just worry about beating MTSU and living to see Saturday...

This is probably the biggest game of the year, and will likely mean the difference between playing three or four games in the SBC Tourny. I really hope that we play with the fire and desire of a team that "needs" a win.
