Another slow start for the offense leads to little scoring until 2nd qtr. Then we pull away in the 2nd/3rd like recently. Herman adjusts to our new defensive strategy, but it's not enough. If we get a defensive or S/T score, then 48 for the good guys. 41 - Greenies 24 - Hooties

Maybe word has leaked that Herman has figured out how to beat our defensive changes???

I completely hate all of this, but if we're going to do it, this is the way to go. Then have the NCAA grow some balls and start punishing schools that do anything that attempts to get around the salary cap, i.e. additional gifts, etc. I haven't put much thought into it, but I would suggest having a set of a few consistent contracts that all players from every school choose from, i.e 1yr, 3yr, etc. with each having various pros and cons just to keep things simple. These could still include various "incentives", but these would be the same across the board. The intent would be to keep a bunch of creative people (lawyers and agents) from getting involved that start adding things like "deferring" money, etc. to find loopholes around the system.

The battle flag is an interesting thought. I can't remember if that's been shown in any of the "concept" uniforms that people have posted.

Completely agree. I don't know if not tucking it in is going to be an individual choice or not. If so, that that kinda' goes against the whole concept of uniforms. Sloppy is right. Is it true that you play like you dress? Never gonna' like the script, but as was mentioned, w/g will be easier to read than g/b. Now, just go win!

There's several great weather channels on YT, but this is one of a couple that I watch when local weather is threatening. He does a live stream that includes his analysis along with numerous storm chaser video feeds and input.
