I'll do what I can to update the scores on this thread, but I'm in the hill country logged on to what may be the first HP ever built, so I'm at a disadvantage. I am trying to get the NT video feed. I'm sceptical. GO MEAN GREEN. At 10 til 6, there is no score. Of course there is no game either.

I was hoping to make it gameday, but alas, it is not meant to be. But I will be around the chat room and can listen via the 'net feed. Anyone else out there in the same boat? I'm thinking about getting the net video feed the athletic office provides (for obvious, and professional reasons). Anyway, here's the link to Harry's link to the chat and radio feeds. Harry's link. Rick, 94 was in Norman against OU not OSU. How do I know? I had to sit in the damn stands and get ridiculed by the Sooner nation. Man, I want to forget that play.

I hate the tradition. I don't care how it came to the campus. It needs to stop. Since our seats are miles away from the field, they never cause any problems (penalty wise), but once we have a new stadium, you'll see the administration clamp down on that like...(oh the many many metaphors).

I have to agree with Harry on this one. While LaDarrin's fumble hurt, we still seeemed to recover. After the Texas 2 non TD's, we proved we could play against D1A. But that hit in the A&M game...Man that hurt. I remember being distraught after that hit/fumble/loss. That was Simon's team, right? They weren't the same after that. It's all green now though. Here's a slant that i don't think gets enough notice. Patrick Cobbs is the leader of this team right now. He knows the system. He has studied it for four years. JMo is the obvious rising star, but you need Meager to lead this team, and Cobbs needs to be there to hand the baton to him. I really can't believe I agree with DD's strategy, but he's proven me wrong. I apologize for most of my heckling. It may take a while to get that Buick up and running, but once you do... GO MEAN GREEN !!!!!!!!!!

Actually once Ou had worn down the Tulsa defense, Peterson looked good. I wonder how good that OU offensive line is? That's where games are won, in the trenches. Which leads me to ask, how good are we gonna be in the trenches? Good blocking schemes and execution = big gains for Thomas/Cobbs. Otherwise, we three and out a lot and our d wears down. Offensive and defensive lines get my attention this week. GO MEAN GREEN !!!!!

Start with something DD NEVER does, a draw play. That'll keep them off guard.
