WAY TO GO !!!!!!!!! Man, I'm jealous. I'm having foot issues, and haven't run in about a year. When I get healed I'm planning on another run at a marathon. Don't tell my wife. My goal time is 4 hours. A mere trot to the posted 2:41. Again, way to go !!!! GO MEAN GREEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've railed about the webcasts all year long. There have been some real technical issues, but the FIU game was clearly the worst. Completely unacceptable! It was a dude in the stands with a camcorder. At least it was on a tripod, but seriously, you could see the record icon in the top left corner. Plus the guy had no idea how to follow game action, if he was even following the game. Sometimes he was just panning off to the scenery. It was hideous! Our webcasts are the jumbotron feed, so there are no graphics like a clock, down and distance, or even a score bug. Mosts colleges do it this way. Some are a little more professional than others. Last year we had some issues, but the games were watchable. This year, there was a definite setback. The cameras weren't timed (which means there was a big vertical shift in the screen when they went from one camera to another). Some action was missed b/c of replays. Direction and camera work were piss poor, etc. I do this sort of thing for a living, so when we put out a crappy product like that I cringe. I hope for better come basketball season. Actually, I've already seen some improvement. I wish they had hired me like I wanted them to. GO MEAN GREEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worth or Houston-area television markets. In both markets, the game will be offered live to cable and satellite customers who have ESPN FullCourt. In Houston, the game will be carried live on KNWS-TV Channel 51. In Dallas/Ft. Worth, the game will be offered to satellite (DirecTV or Dish Network) customers on your Fox Sports Net Plus channel. Fans in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area also will be able to watch a tape-delayed broadcast of the game on Wednesday at 10:30 p.m. Central on Fox Sports Southwest. I don't know what cable channel it will be on here in Austin. TWC's website shows the Stars game. Often they put it on ch. 77, but that channel listing does not appear.

Since it's a FSN game, i suspect it won't be on ESPN 360. They are competing networks.

I take back all the horrible things I said about our video feed. The service we are getting from FIU is ONE camera. I think it's a camcorder b/c the record icon is on in the top left corner. There are no replays, and the camera must be run by a 12 year old. B/c following the action is an afterthought. And the audio just dropped out. INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

It's 2 hours before NT/FIU kick. How focussed is TD on the game or his son's (our #1 recruit) injured shoulder? Dodge is such a family man that this will weigh on him a little. He's also a big competitor, so he may be able to block it out. I'm not knocking him. I just wonder how focussed he'll be. As a parent, I know I'd be distracted. It also begs the question, if Riley is injured as a member of the Mean Green, will this effect Dodge's coaching? Stay strong Todge! GO MEAN GREEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or do what I do, and use the "ignore user" option. There are a few people I use this with and a few people I'm sure use it with me. It's quite handy, and saves me the stress of writing a thesis on why someone's opinion is stupid. And if you want to read one of their posts w/o having to undo the setting you have the option of just reading that particular post. GO MEAN GREEN !!!!!!!!

This will be a Fox game, so I don't think ESPN alternate will carry it. I can assure you a TV truck will be at the game and the technical directing will be outstanding!!!!!!! (just a little self promotion) I can't say if it will be available in Dallas. GO MEAN GREEN !!!!!!!!!!!! BEAT THE HELL OUT OF TEXAS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been to many A&M/Texas games. Both at College Station and in Austin. Truly a rivalry game. A&M got up for this game, that is for sure. If they had played like that all year, Fran would have kept his job. Those ags create some NOISE at Kyle Field. I don't think the game is as fun as the TX/OU game, but you have the state fair involved there. GO MEAN GREEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEAT WKU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
