I just reviewed our list of signees/transfers.....because I didn't remember Sibley being a signee. But he was....and you read his bio....very impressive. Also impressive....is how many true freshman were early enrollees and were here for spring ball. 2. Two guys that I have really liked....and hope they have potential to help us.... Makenzie McGill....was a great walk-on....that we added last year. He's now a R-Fr. He's from Mt. Vernon....and was back to back District MVP.....in a very good 3A district in East Texas. And from our last class....we signed a great running QB from Arkansas......Ashton, Gary from Marion. He's playing RB here. I liked when we got both these guys.......haven't seen them in practice/scrimmages or anything. But they have great bios.

I think her actual name is Miracle Aktoptayobo...... And I think she plays at WT White......but am not totally sure. @Cooley.......??????

She has offers from Miss. State, Colorado, Texas State and us.....and maybe others. But if you scroll down her "X" account....she's got height and "beef" that we seldom have here.

I so badly wanted to see that....because there was a great pickup block by I think Landon Sides....not sure. But somebody sure saved Chad's butt on that play.....

Also....Jaelon Darden has looked good returning punts in the Browns-Cowboys game, 2 PRs for 41 yards (long of 28).

Keeping up the Dolphins boxscore........JWil wasn't getting any carries. But the Dolphins' other RBs (Mostert and Archane)...were not running for much yardage at all. So it looks like JWil....finally got some totes. Ended up being their leading rusher.....with 26 yards ....on 5 carries.

yeah.....I've seen that commercial with a reunion of some of the cast of "The Office" about 39,000 times. Note to folks who did that commercial: More Pam, less Meredith.

A 2-minute warning. Sorry but when you're at the stadium.....the number of 2-3 minute stoppages....is a lot already. You look down on the field...and they have a digital clock. (I guess for TV? not sure). But there are now 3.5 minutes of stoppage....between quarters. And it starts at 2:30 for every replay review. On most reviews you're watching at home....haven't you determined what happened....in less than a minute?? I think the first half last night...was about an hour and 45 minutes long. Baseball realized it needed to do things to speed things up some.....college football should too. Just my opinion.

FWIW: I was told by an Ath. Dept. employee that Bonnie Brae is open. I always come up to Walt Parker Drive....on Bonnie Brae from the south. I think if Bonnie Brae was totally shut down....they would be sending out alternate routes for the fans.

A friend saw their team headed to their team bus, after we beat them here last year. Said they were all cutting up, and having fun.....not the least bit down about the game. Penny may be able to assemble great talent.....but he has no clue about turning them into a team.
