Same question. Russia creates problem, force Ukraine to respond, Russia says I can't believe they did that and we will not stand for it. Crimea all over again. Ukraine can't stand up against Russia, other countries do nothing, maybe throw some sanctions Russia's way. Rinse and repeat.
