Defense, special teams, and a dominant run game are what won us games last year. Not QB play

How many games did they miss? I'm pretty sure they missed a couple practices and that was it. These kids still got plenty of run. There's my supports for that statement.

When are we going to get over the "missed meetings, workouts, whatever" nonsense. I certainly hope Mac wouldn't keep a kid on the bench this long bc of that bs. Winning is winning. He didn't have an issue with kids stealing tvs. And don't tell me it's bc he didn't know the playbook. He was running a more complex offense in his games than MiniMac is right now!!! And on top of that, you actually saw some fire from some guys on O when DW was out there, where is that for our great leader AM? Mac staying with MiniMac is beyond ridiculous at this point. What one game, series, or even play has shown that MiniMac is worthy of starting for us?!

Just don't see why we didn't try to get a medical redshirt. He missed 3 games and has 6 carries since he came back.

Why was he not redshirted? Or why did he not just continue to sit out after his injury and try to receive a medical red shirt? If he turns out to be a stud we will all look back and wonder why Mac did this and cost Wilson another full year.

Not really. We pretty much have a FB and TE or 2 Tes on the field at all times

That's 10 kids gone from that class. Amazing. And totally agree with your point, why do we have 6 special teams players on scholly? It should be 3. I think last years class was pretty good and there are a few good pieces in this class already but this season is not going to do Mac any good in finishing up this years class. When's the last time we got a kid with a great offer list. A true recruiting battle victory. A kid with multiple P5 offers, yet alone decent P5 schools at that.

Sad thing is that is literally how our offense works
