Its not anyone's imagination. dd's teams have been notorius for getting those bs unsportsmanlike penalties in those OOC bloodblaths. but 3 (T H R E E ) of them in one game is absolutley ridiculous and unacceptable.

dickey is an alumni of k-state. He is going to walk into that stadium, pull his pants down, bend over, and say, "I love k state, please have your way with me and NT." And you know what, they will.

I love college football, and Its always great to get back after an NT win and be able to watch a late night game. But there shouldnt be any games on Friday night. Friday nights are supposed to be for high school.

Game changing performance on ESPN. I know this is a bcs bj fest, but come on, you dont even list the 99 yard interception return and turned the game around. Uniform talk: The Bad: Okie state's uni's are pretty bad. Ive never been a fan of the white helmet. ESPECIALLY when your home uni's are a solid one color. t.u. uniforms suck. Good Lord can you get anymore boring than that. I know, "but its universally recognizable." Yeah, they are but they still suck. on the road, all white, which is great for baseball games, but bad for football. What do they do for home games? Simply put on an orange-brown jersey which happens to be the same color of whats in the toilets on Fry St. NMSU, why did you change your uni's? Despite my despise for your backstabbing college, you had some good fb uni's going. Tonight at CU, all white with plain white helmets that said "Aggies" Did all of your taste in style leave with Samuels? Penn St, well, lets just put you in the same category as t.u., only with a better coach. The Good: Ohio State, classic uniforms. Simple but very stylish. Red and Silver, one of the best combos. MTSU has some good ones, Once again silver, but combined with blue. Nice touch. SBC talk: We as a conference HAVE to get better. The two Louisiana schools lost to freakin' wyoming and eastern michigan. Please tell me I am having a nightmare. Wyoming only has one freakin college in the entire state and the entire population of that state couldnt fill a bcs stadium. How in the world can they field a good program in anything other than rodeo? And Eastern Michgan?? Please. EMU, CMU, and WMU have to fight for the scraps left by MU and MSU. IN a state that small with two "big" programs, how do those other three even field D-1 programs? Troy, well I'll give it to you, UAB isnt a bad program, but even you should be able to outrecruit and out play them. Hey, Ark St won! Thats awesome, oh wait, TN-Martin isnt D-1. FAU, You played well, and had a chance, but can I make a suggestion? I know you want to pack your guns for protection when you visit Miami, but next time, unload the weapon before you put it in your pants so you won't shoot yourselves in the foot anymore. I have always been a fan of TCU (except when we play them) because that is where my mom went. Its all good though, smooo should get at least one win against TCU every decade. I mean theyve been getting it like tu gets it from uo lately.

I was listening to Dunham and Miller on the way to my 8am A&P 1 exam. As I parked at a meter on one of the Welch parking lots, they said a plane had hit one of the towers. As I returned to my car after the test they said each tower had been hit by a plane, the Pentagon had been hit, and there were reports of a plane crash in PA. I knew we were at war, and that there would be no substitute for victory. I went in over the next few days to try and enlist, but damn mfing asthma kept me out.

IMHO, they dont completely suck, but they do leave alot to be desired. I agree, lighter shade of green, but seeing as how everyone was kept in the dark, and apparently the athletics department is no exception, its kind of hard to put the lighter green on the Uni's. I dont mind the "North Texas" on the helmets, I guess its just the font and size that don't sit well with me. The wording on the front needs to be big. We are North Texas and proud of it. Lets make sure the other team knows who is about to kick their ass. I actually like the font on the numbers. Its more refreshing than that typical block font. I would love to stay with green and white. May the black pants burn in hell!

Thanks, I have to admit I was worried there for a while. Game over, now lets root for each other, especially during OOC and lets do the conference proud.

Thoughts: Defense: They got pushed, but held their ground when it came to shove. The middle 10 yards from the line was picked apart. It seemed like they exposed our lateral speed. Good job forceing 5 turnovers. You will almost never win when you cough it up that many times. That 96 yard INT return may end up being one of the most important plays this year. We were getting picked apart of defense and flat on offense to that point. I turned to the table I was with and told them we would win the game right after that score. OH, and I know they were saying 91 yards on the TV, but he picked it off on the 4 yard line. Offense: Flat all game, except of a few plays. On those plays, you can see the flashes of brilliance we will have once they begin to click. O-line has to get better at opening holes, but that will come game by game. Meager held is own for his first game, not too bad. Quinn, is awesome. What an awesome catch, I think he has a chance to get invited to an NFL camp. I dont understand why you dont have PC and JT on the field at the same time. Line PC up as the fullback in the I-formation and use them both as halfbacks in a split blackfield. Having those two and JQ will stress the opposing defense too much. They will have to pay too much attention to one of them and somone will be left unattended. Oh, and why in the world did we not try to move the ball closer for Baz at the end of the first half? We had a timeout. It makes more sense to put the ball on the ground and run to the right to get as close as you can and move the ball to the center of the field, or complete a quick pass to the flats to set up an easier kick. Overall, we overcame the lack of experience and was able to get a win. Now they have a game under their belt. Lets spend this week making adjustments and lets take out Tulsa next week. I really hope that kid from MTSU is ok. That was awful. I hoe it doesnt end his career. very few players should have their career ended because of an injury, he isnt one of them.

I remember where I was, what I was doing, and how I felt during and after. Its a shame that many out there do not remember. I think the footage needs to be shown over and over. Not just the clips of the planes hitting the towers, but the actual news broadcasts like those on FN, MSNBC, and CNN. We as a country need to be reminded of what is just at stake, and what will happen if we do not defeat those bastards.

That new Scrappy looks terrible!!!! I like the new numbers, the font on the helmets is ehhhh, kinda boring, but I guess it will do. But the uniforms look just as dark as before.
