Pretty high percentage of those who swore to uphold and protect the law leading the charge of an insurrection at the highest level. But sure, it's just a few bad apples.

This is a lot of it for me. I'm still tuning in to the sports that have mostly stayed normal despite Covid: MLS and Formula 1, but I can barely even bring myself to watch college football with every other game getting postponed or cancelled. Baseball was insanely weird to watch without fans, like it made the game feel 10x's slower than it already does.

Wouldn't you like to know? I do work from home a good bit but never on any video calls. It's slightly paranoid but I don't want to give IT any chance at seeing me in a robe or my girlfriend changing in the background or whatever.

Let this be an important lesson to everyone: there is no need for video calling. My work laptop has a blacked out post-it note over the camera for this very reason.
