I was just thinking last night about if DD left seeing if we could get Joe Novak to go south. His first 4 years were rough, but he obviously knows how to coach up his teams for OOC games.

You can quote me in a few weeks on this too, there is no way in HELL that DD gets this gig unless any of the aforementioned candidates turn in down. He will in no way get the job over Patterson or any assistant at OU.

Notice how I didn't say all, but said many. I'm not forgetful of those who do have many posts or who probably contribute immensely to futher the program, such as yourself or Stebo, Emmitt, eulesseagle, and others. And you won't see me "bitching or flaming" those guys. They have their opinion and I have mine. My point was to point out this strange arising of DD apologists or supporters (you say theatre I say Cinema) that have suddenly appeared from nowhere and are as anonymous as any joe off the street, and then are gone within a week or two. I hardly see anyone who calls for Dickey's head who hasn't been a UNT support since 19-- such and such.

I'd still rather be in their shoes. They have a better coach, better offense, & a better conference. Things will only improve for the Aggies. And their new logo can only improve, it can't look any worse than it already is.

Just throwing the idea out there for anyone interested, I may not be able to even make it myself, but for those of you who can the support would be nice. I expect better results from our BBall team this year. That is if we can hang on to leads... A&M is on December 6th and its a shorter trip, but that is a Tuesday night in what is dead week for us lowly undergrads. Houston however is a Friday night, and if you're like me you have family close and don't travel out of town for Xmas anyways.

He and his friends definately aren't the first either. I sat in front of 3 guys that were casual football fans from New Orleans, and not cheering for either team last year. By mid-2nd quarter they were calling almost all of our offense plays exact.
