  1. yeah I'm lost as well, but I'm a student so I never have to worry about a good seat as long as I show up early enough!
  2. Best of luck to Nick in the future, and all of the Mean Green seniors at that.
  3. I hope JaMario can bounce back next year. It was hard to watch him hobble off the field against LaLa a few weeks ago. For the first 2 quarters I started remembering how talented this guy is, so quick on the field he just seemed to gravitate above it.
  4. As poor as we played it does make me believe this was a winable game. Sounds like we don't have a bad team this year, just one that was REALLY sloppy last night.
  5. Yes yes, this did not happen but I have an awesome boss so I'll be there!
  6. Yeah football wise C-USA managed to recover gaining UTEP and Tulsa, but with bball they got absolutely murdered by the Big East during realignment.
  7. I really don't blame Flanigan for wanting to take a head coaching job, it is a step up from being an assistant almost anywhere you go.
  8. I can't make it unless a meteor hits my office between now and then...
  9. There will be no question that Dickey will be gone after next season with another 0-4 OOC record next year. Tulsa, LaTech (at home this time), SMU at home...he's got no excuses left.
  10. There are two albino squirrels actually, and I have seen them both on the same day. One was the original spotted near Willis library, and the other was a squirrel donated and released onto campus in front of the library that was originally captured in Lewisville (I think) by a family who had learned on the squirrel from the local news.
  11. And while we're at it we'll probably need a new OC too.
  12. Maybe you're right but people like to compare this team to the one of 2001. But as I recall, we weren't losing by 3 points to ULL, we were shutting them out to the tune of 6 touchdowns....
  13. My point was that rather than being satisfied with a less than stellar year he did something about it. More than you can say for Dickey who's OC has had less than stellar years of offense for going on 5 years now.
  14. Since you brought up UT as an example, I guess you haven't heard that Fulmer did fire his OC in the middle of the year.
  15. Yeah I feel the same. Quantity maybe, but definately not quality. No offense to the ULM band though, they weren't bad at all. However sitting on the student side for the 5th straight season, I had no idea how good our band really was until they finally played towards us in the ULL game. Being a high school band nerd from a 3A high school, I can tell you we only dreamed of having that kind of sound.
  16. "Rebuilding" years in the SEC are completely different from "rebuilding" years in the SBC. Nice try though.
  17. ...??? Did she know the guy or was it near where you live?
  18. Yeah and Fresno didn't even need 4 straight conference championships to build a team like that!
  19. Those aren't bad stats considering he was a back up to the Bus in Steeltown for a few of those years.
  20. I wasn't there but looking at the box score it didn't seem to matter how bad Hardin-Simmons was, because we shot the ball really well.
  21. I'm in there, and I assume we can use it for b-ball games, especially those of us who are at work and can't be in Denton right now. http://client1.sigmachat.com/sc.pl?id=73780
  22. Well ok, if that's the point you were making I agree. But I don't think a track and aluminum bleachers really stops anyone from coming here. Lack of facilities certainly isn't anything keeping USF from being BCS.
  23. let me ask you this though, was Jones ever full before this season? I remember hearing from a Tech grad that these I-AA games have increased season tickets, so they didn't exactly have a waiting list for them. And a packed Fouts Field isn't too bad either, no matter how bad you guys want to hate it. Shoot, 23k for the Tulsa game looked good too.
  24. you're supposed to be on my side dude. Besides, we all know that FAU was anything but an I-AA last year. They were provisional, and they were loaded with I-A transfers who went there without losing a year of eligibility. See USF 2002 for more info.
