Tell us what you really think... After the Tulsa game I don't think Fouts is all that bad. Looks alot better this yr.

I actually think Fouts looks alittle better.... the bermed endzoned look alittle small time to me. Almost like the highschool stadiums in Vernon and Iowa Park.

Cobbs and Thomas might have a break out game tomorrow... nothing is set in stone just yet.

I don't know about you guys... but this game is getting me pumped for the KSU game. I BELIEVE.

Where in the heck does TSU get all these athletes... acouple of these guys I would love to have on our team. And is it just me but does A&M look like a D1AA team... their are very small up front. A&M's talent level looks to be decreasing ever since Slocum got fired.

Texas State will be in the SUN BELT within the next 5 yrs...

The ags look like they are in their practice uniforms.

In watching football I cannot count how many teams that have started out terrible and turned out to be a great team in the end... I can even remember some teams being killed by a certain team earlier in the season and wind up beating them later on in the season. If that run by Patrick to the 1 wasn't called back it would have been 9-2 UNT... that might have changed the whole game. Football is a strange game... once things start going bad it is really really hard to recover. We have the talent... we just have to put it together and good things will happen. I have no doubt everyone associated with MEAN GREEN FOOTBALL is embarrased this week including the coaches and the players. But I believe the coaches are players will do whatever it takes during this week of practice to get ready to BEAT KSU. We will see a better football team out there this Saturday against KSU. Mark my word.

I agree... Cobbs is an amazing player and one of only a few backs that actually gives out punishment to the opposing defense when they are trying to tackle him.

I agree... the turf looked great but lacked some logos (eagle in center hopefully and the sbc logo). I bet this will be added before the Troy game.

I know our line got killed... but the point was they shouldn't have been. 4 out of the 5 guys have A LOT of expierence.

Screen passes never work... they rarely work for any team. I hope we don't see one screen pass against KSTATE.

Our line is not young....we have 4 out of 5 guys who played a lot last yr (last yr: brown started the first half of the season, lineberry started, foster was always in the mix, may was a starter the yr before). The only guy that I believe is really hurting us is our freshman center. We have Cobbs, JMO, Mitchell, and Quinn back... our offense should be A LOT better than what it is now.

I can't see how athletic supporters in the Denton area wouldn't have a good time if they came out to a game.... I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE IN DENTON TO COME OUT TO A GAME AND HAVE A GREAT TIME.

The MEAN GREEN VILLAGE was full of tents Saturday (the most other than Maybe HC) and had the most people since the Baylor game. It was electric in air as you walked through the parking lot into the MEAN GREEN VILLAGE as the MEAN GREEN MARCH started.... WE HAVE A DAMN GOOD GAMEDAY EXPIERENCE AT NORTH TEXAS!!! We had 24,000 against Tulsa who only brought 300 or 400 hundred... we have came along way since I have been following the program in 2001. Fouts looked great... everything from the new deck to the turf to the new logo flags hanging all around the stadium. What we expierenced Saturday was truly a big time college football game without 50,000 fans. If people knew all this went on at North Texas before the games I can almost bet we would be averaging 30,000 people a game. Lets not give up on our team... and lets get ready to pack Fouts for Troy (OCT 4) on ESPN 2!!!!!!!!
