The coaches and players should be happy we are complaining. We expect A LOT more out of our coaches and players than we use to. The system we run now does not give us a chance to win against anyone unless that team has lesser talent than we do.... For example: Texas Tech has that crazy offense that evens out the talents across the board. The talent at Tech other than the QB position is not that much greater than here at NT. But sometimes the system will not always be enough to win a game as shown in the UT vs TT game this past Saturday. And as fans we do have a right to complain when the players turn their back on the band/fans at the end of the game.... this all starts at the top. Hayden Fry please come back. This board is tame compared to the OU board this yr and the SMU boards of past. THE POINT IS... WE EXPECT TO WIN NOW AND WON'T SETTLE GETTING BEAT BY 40+ POINTS 3 TIMES!

I could care less about the horns... I'm just glad TT got beat.

It was good to see Tech put in their place.

Question is... how many times will we have to hear about this loss sugarcoated by the DD supporters. DD seems like a great guy, but the football we are playing is pathetic.

I quit listening.... do we even prepare for games?

Offense is rebuilding? our qb? Everyone else has plenty of expierence.

GO MEAN GREEN!!! Today will be a good day as long as LA TECH and TEXAS TECH get beat... this is the only game I will ever be rooting for the horns.

DD should be happy we are complaining... the fans expect A LOT more than mediocore play. 4 years ago we would be content with how we are playing... now we EXPECT to win.

Winning by 3 while getting 8 turnovers puts us pretty close to the bottom.

I think the coaches and the players enthusiasm is wearing off on me... I almost forgot we had a game today. We are quite possibly one of the worst teams in D1. What in the world is going on behind the scenes?

....And we also need to get A LOT bigger. Point is... our d-line is way too small, our linebackers are way too small, and our o-line is not that big. We look to be one of the smallest D1 teams. And what the hell is Covington wearing on his arms? PLEASE JUST GO OUT THERE AND PLAY FOOTBALL WITHOUT TRYING TO BE FASHIONABLE!

I could see a big time coach coming here based on the idea he wants to build our program into something very special... not all coaches have aspirations of making the big bucks. Anything is possible. BTW... 225,000 is plenty for a coach. The salaries in college and professional sports are so out on control its ridiculous.
