Played Football all my life... was going to try to walk on at NT in the fall of 2003 and make it as a defensive lineman but I stayed home for a girl. Big Mistake.

Weight room work is so hard to judge today with all the supplements and legal steriods... you can take a kid who works out 4 hours a day with no supplements/legal steriods then you can take a kid who works out 45 mins a day with 10 different kinds of supplements and compare the two... doesn't seem fair to me. Money. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if the NCAA outlawed all use of supplements/performance enhancing drugs.

The Budget might have been decreased alittle but look at all the improvements and new facilities that are being added or being built. It really is amazing.

The stuff our coaches put up with at North Texas is a piece of cake compared to some of the other schools in this region. THAT IS NO EXCUSE. PERIOD. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT... GET OUT OF IT. It happens at every school.

One of the biggest mistakes this kid will make in his life... I did the same by staying at MSU for a girl instead of going to UNT and possibly walking on. Now I'm at MSU with no girlfriend and not playing football. Joy.

Pathetic.

Sad to see him not coming to NT... but this year we really needed a lot of big bodies. I am very excited about this years recruiting class... much more so than last years.
