BS - Accounting Surprise, I've been working as an accountant for the same company (telecommunications supplier Ericsson Inc.) the entire 19 years since I graduated.

Nothing funny about not even being in the same galaxy as teams we'd like to think we can compete with, i.e. Tulsa. We will not win the Sunbelt. It does not matter who your competition is if you cannot score. We lose to 3 of Troy, ULL, FAU and ASU.

It didn't get me thinking if we could have done that. My thought was "they would have killed us." I mentioned this to a friend of mine and he said, "You mean TSU would have killed NT?" and I said, "Well, that too."

Orange and Blue lot entrance was closed due to some "accident" according to the cop that was directing traffic. We sat in a non-moving line for quite a while, causing us to miss some of your tailgating time. Also, let's say you have a pass to the Orange lot and your fellow tailgaters don't have a parking pass. They weren't letting paying customers in the Orange or Blue lots anymore. So, how do you hook up with the rest of your party? My buddy had to pull over to the side of the road and unload all of his gear. Then, after the game, we had to stuff it all into one vehicle and haul it over to where he was parked and unload/reload. What a beating. My crew has pretty much decided that we will "tailgate" at home and just show up for the game if there is no solution for this problem. Any ideas?

Coming from Coppell with 5 others. In addition, expecting some of Matt Phillips family from San Angelo area to be at the game and join us for tailgating.

Man, if they'd let me and there was a place I could plug in (for A/C), I'd be up there tonight with my pop-up camper.

Why do we even have to have this topic? If it's a homegame week, then there should be promotion. Period.

Based on my experience, I'd say if the expected crowd is... <25K, after 2:30p is okay >25K, better be there by 2:30 I wonder when they will start making us NOT take up extra parking spaces with our tailgating gear/canopies????????????? I'm sure the day is coming.

I tend to think those who are guessing around 30-something to around 20ish are in the right range. I'll go with... NT 34 TMS 17 I'm expecting a surprisingly efficient offense.

I noticed this as well. I was in town Saturday for the scrimmage. Went to the campus store as well as Voertman's. Really good looking stuff at the campus store...most impressive collection I've ever seen. Still looking for a descent hat though. Don't like white hats or hats with UNT on them. I want something green with North Texas and Mean Green on it with something visible on the back as well as the front. Is this too much to ask?

I'd wear it, but I wouldn't buy it. Everything should display the new logos/fonts. It can still have just "NT", but with one of the Eagle logos and Mean Green in official font.
