Agree. I think there probably situations where some free tickets can be distributed, but you've gotta be judicious about it. Perhaps this is one of those situations. You need to make sure the intended honorees are the ones using the tickets and not just flood the market with them.

Sat next to the GB when we played at UH 3 or 4 years ago (I think that's when it was). Anyway, this guy Williams is pretty funny. Some of the stuff he said through his PA to the band was cracking me up. Wish he would get the GB involved in some bits or something that could be entertaining to everyone.

I came up with this funny idea for the Rice band. They roll out two guys on crutches...one with an SMU jersey and another with a Gator jersey. The band forms the number 18 (Wheeler's number) and they play "Do you really want to hurt me." I wouldn't be offended. I would LMFAO.

I agree. Rice bench side (west) doesn't make sense, especially since they are telling us to enter parking at entrances 17 and 18, which are on the visitor's (east) side.

I agree and is probably why he played the entire game. Rest of the season should be comparatively "easy". Let's say "less difficult".

Over the next five years, road games against Iowa, Arkansas, Wisconsin, TAMU and Missouri. I would like to see WB get us out of at least a couple of those.

BC QB spending a lot of time looking at the sky (or seeing stars). Morris hitting on some deeper routes. RBs hitting holes and reeling off runs of 5, 6, 7, 8 yards. Defense not allowing a play over 25 yards. Complete elimination of "Let it Fly...Like an Eagle" mess. Adult beverages and smoked meats in the parking lot. A "W".

Another thing that adversely impacts attendance is back-to-back home games. Unless the team is really good, a lot of people/families simply don't commit to do the same thing two weekends in a row.
