I saw the Rolling Stones at the Cotton Bowl in 1982 (or so). Keith Richards was looking pretty beat up then. Saw the interview with Mick before the game. Mick is looking old. Keith Richards has been dead for about 10 years and uses his zombie abilities to keep playing. Ron Wood is looking real ragged. I guess this is it for the Stones. But then people have been saying that for over 25 years.

Is this going to air on The Golf Channel at some later date?

The NCAA does some good stuff.... Then occasionally they loss their mind…and do the most idiotic things like this.

I was thinking more Hacked then Banned. Come on people. No need to get pissy. "Banned" doesn't always mean "Banned." Now if it shows "Banned" after about 10-12 hours...might want to politely ask some questions. ...unless you did something worthy of being banned. Then you get what you deserve.

I also see too many OTHER schools trying to copy Duke (I really hate Duke) with the jumping and chanting. I don't want to copy that. In the old days, the cheerleaders would bang the cones on the floor and get the crowd starting to clap. Maybe the cone thing is not allowed, but I don't see a problem with clapping.

WKU vs. LA LAF was on ESPN2 last night. Did not catch a final score but WKU was rolling LA LA like a bum in the park.

Nice to see the men's team continuing to roll.

Good to see the women bounce back after a bad streach.

1. Look for someone local to where you want to go. 2. DO NOT HIRE HEADHUNTERS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR. They take a big chunk of your wages after you get hired, they paper the landscape with your resume and no guarantees after you get hired. Plus if you don't work out or quit, you still owe the money. Go with the agencies that are paid by the company doing the search.

I forget the school that did this but they changed their mascot name from "Redmen" to "Red Men." I guess that is one way around it.

Don't know about everyone, but from about 12:30 AM 1/22 till sometime before the football games started, we had about 1.5 inches of rain. Every little bit helps. Prayers partly answered. Need another 5 or so inches spread out over time like this one.

This is a fine line. I like to see winning football (and basketball for that matter) but I also like to see that the athletes are getting an education too and getting a diploma.

Watched part of TCU vs. CSU on 1/21. Same thing. Not too many in the stands for that TV game.

I have seen ads on TV for 4 tickets covers both games, drink, pizza, and a few other things for $25. Call the ticket office for further details. Otherwise, I think the cost wouel be the same.

Davis saw someone "threaten" his wife. He felt it was sever enough to go investigate. This is different from the Artest incident last season because Artest was out for blood from the guy who hit him with a beer. Can't say that I blame Davis for that. Before the wife even asked about it, I decided I would do the same thing. If I get fined, suspended, or repremanded in any way - so be it. That is your family.

Seeing some of the reports last week and showing how low some of the area lakes are is just sad. Collin County is about to be in trouble because the drought and the fact they pull water from Lake Lavon. That lake is about 3 FEET low and draining fast.

I write it off as the lady was probably a blonde.
