I see the ad on NFL Network and in Sports Illustrated that this is the last time for Favre. I do not recall seeing a press conference or news story with Favre saying "this is my last season." Did I miss it or is this speculation from everyone else?

It is a little early to start saying "must win" but NT really needs to beat WKU on Tuesday.

About 2 years ago, Denton Ryan played SLC on ESPN. The anouncers went into the mind set and "culture" of football in Southlake. The Junior Highs are Dragons. The city refused to build another high school for fear of spliting the talent. The school is busting at the seams and they want to stay ONE high school. All the kids are engraned in the Dragon mentality. You are correct. Southlake Carrol High School will continue to win championships after Todd Dodge is here and gone from UNT.

Could be worse. Alabama is having problems getting a coach...and Alabama is (supposed to be) a really good job.

Had too change up the playoff system. Way too many teams. Too many good teams were getting left out. I can't explain how a school gets put into one catagory or another. There are times a team goes Division 1 and the next yeard Division 2. Has to do with enrollment or something like that. But when I went to high school in Denton, only one school from each conference went to the playoffs. They expanded it within 5 years or so I think. Maybe longer. I don't follow HS sports as close.

Really need to win this one...not only because it is conference but because it is W. Kentucky. Don't need to be 0-2 in conference but UKU is a good team in the Sun Belt.

Never underestimate any team. NO won their opener a few days ago. It was a tough loss, but I hope JJ and company can bounce back from this.

I looked online at Lowe's at their gift cards that you load with cash. 95 colleges they have cards for. Guess who is missing? Only 1 Sun Belt team available (LA LA). I guess that is why I prefer to shop at Home Depot.
