What will determine the direction of the storm is an upper level ridge ahead of the storm. If it is strong, the winds will carry the storm north to Texas. If it is weak, the storm will stay straight and go into Mexico. As of just a few minutes ago, the storm is till baring down on Jamaica with winds a 150 (1 MPH short of Cat 5).
