There's been a rumor that I might start at QB against LSU so that we keep all of our QBs healthy.

The Warriors of Liberty Christian won 40-6. James Mitchell is a product of LCS. My cousin is a starting guard at Liberty and is 6'3'' 265lbs as a sophmore so he's a prospect in the making.

Could this be the best off-season ever as far as exposure for the program?

I see the MUTS game as the one SBC game we are most likely to lose. In years past we've had non-conference games that we could lose while working the kinks out. Obviously this year we're thrown right into conference play. Although they are young, I hope to see a more disciplined team early on. Last year discipline seemed like a big problem in the early going.

I agree. Too much hype could be a bad thing with so many under-classmen.

I think a lot of people saw this coming, but i doubt anyone thought it would happen so suddenly. I expected it at the end of the season.

Has anyone else heard this yet? Apparently, Bruschi, of the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots has a very serious heart condition that I've heard is hereditary and could very possibly end his career. That is sad to hear about such a great player. I just heard it on the radio, but there is no confirmation yet.
