This game was near-flawless. It was so great to see T.O. frustrated and to not see McNabb run all over the field on the Dallas D. There's not much better in the NFL than a Dallas win and a Philly loss rolled up into one.

I am usually a pro-Dickey guy but lately I have had to wonder... is DD like a Buck Showalter in that he can improve your program but history has shown that he just cant take you to the next level? I think this is a definite possibility.

Our offensive line was constantly collapsing up the middle. Their O-line was making our D-line collapse up the middle. Add that with a fumble and a stupid penalty by Covington (which was probably the correct call) and there's your game.

Has this game been promoted in anyone else's classes? One of my professors announced it and encouraged people to go but I'm pretty sure it was by request of RV and the athletic dept. It was upsetting when the announcement was met by some snickers by various individuals in class. Regardless, I hope all students are being made aware of this game by announcements in class and not just by the posters that are all around the campus (which are nice btw.)

I think all of us who played in last springs GMG.com bowl agree that DD does care about the fans and knows it's not always easy to continually support the program. I'm not saying that this message board has unintelligent opinions but should DD be concerned about spending time on this site trying to see what we think? I think the answer is yes and no. Yes, he should be concerned about the pulse of the dedicated fan. I just hope he isnt straying from a master plan that could ultimately benefit us just to appease a few of us who get impatient. I think he knows how to find a healthy middle ground. I hope this post made sense.

Let's not underestimate the power of the trap game. The trap game is set up in our favor. However, we have the same problems as Oklahoma which are young QB, young O-line, relatively young defense with established playmakers in the backfield. It's hard for me to be really positive knowing those factors but let's go give 'em a scare at least.
