  1. I don't normally like this formation because it does mess with the gap assignments down field and can leave the corners for returners, but the ST unit looks well coached and is doing a good job of coverage out of this formation.
  2. Or maybe more asparagus, depending on the nature of the competition.
  3. I think that if we score more points than the other guys, we win.
  4. Actually, I believe that Plaxico got close to the maximum for this crime. The NY DA went after him to prove a point. So yes, he did get special treatment, just not the kind you would expect.
  5. It got your attention and you proliferated the link, so by a result, they got more viewership of the story. Seems like the goal of higher ratings was achieved.
  6. Maybe margin on the individual product level, but a CEO that is making millions of dollars can be the difference between making money and losing it. Payroll is almost always the most significant part of overhead costs a company can see and if a CEO is a large part of that, then that does affect the overall profitability of the company. I am not saying that a CEO can't be worth the money, but their salary does contribute to the bottom line.
  7. Looking at the data, it appears that you cannot make a complete determination of the full performance of Medicare. There are a lot of reasons that are around missing information or bundled services. There is no statement about refiling and what percentage of these were refiled and accepted. Let's not just condemn the entire system because of incomplete data.
  8. Iowa also shares a lot with Florida State, the team is totally bipolar. They look great one week and can keep up with the best teams in the country, the next week, they look like they are just trying to figure out which way to throw the ball. lucky for them that they have been good when they need to and bad against teams that they can afford to be bad against. Look at their week 1 match up and score and tell me that they are one of the best in 1A.
  9. Neither of those teams are even ranked. How did ULL do against Nebraska, a ranked team?
  10. So what are you trying to say?
  11. Nice to see that they were able to find a recent photo.
  12. Let's not be too proud of ourselves. It was not an improper use of grammar, just a confused idiom.
  13. Have you ever tried to unload a loaded cannon? I am pretty sure they had it prepped for the win. Once it is loaded, the is only one good way to unload it.
  14. And if you look at the stats for the regular season, the Cardinals had the worst rushing offense in the league with 1,178 total yards. That is 96 yards behind the Colts who were the next worst. The reason they had some limited success with rushing in the post season is that no one knew they could since they had averaged 3.5 a carry all season. Not to be mistaken with the 3.3 yards per carry in the post season.
  15. NFL.com shows they were 13th in the regular season. Besides, this whole argument is kind of off considering that the spread is still predicated on balance between running and passing. Our own Cam Montgomery is ranked 37th in the nation right now running out of the spread.
  16. Arizona of last year and NE of two years ago may disagree about running being necessary to win. Arizona had an almost non-existent running game last year and seemed to do ok. NE hasn't had a running game in years, and they seem to find ways to win. They may not run the spread per se, but they seem to share many of it's philosophies.
  17. Yeah. Why would anyone want Brett Favre...I mean Tony Romo.
  18. And look at the picture and caption. It says that it was at Bama, but the helmet of the opposing player clearly says Ohio.
  19. I will say ~21,500. The nice weather will contribute.
  20. Understandable. We would all like to.
  21. I am going to disagree with that. Exposure is always good. People have now seen and heard of us. A high percentage of those people will not be able to tell you how they have heard of us in 2 years. There have been plenty of teams that I have seen on TV that I don't remember what the score was or even who they played, but I remember that I have heard of them. Would it have been better if we had really given them a tough game? Yes. But in the longer term, it doesn't really matter what the score was.
  22. I was fine with the game plan for Bama. We didn't come out injured, and we at least didn't get shut out. In the future, I would like to be more competitive in these games. But considering the past few seasons, I am good with the plan.
