I spent many blurry fall afternoons sitting on tightwad hill when I was in college. I don't know what it's like now, but there were NO rules up there. I mean. Things got crazy. That cannon's been around forever, but the concrete slab is an addition since my time. Totally different gameday atmosphere there. There isn't any parking around the stadium, so you pay to park in the driveways of private residences or fraternity houses. The latter generally provided (no idea what the rules are now) libations before and after the game.
