It doesn't make any sense to me that they have us losing to teams with lower RPIs, though I do understand that RPI is way more fluid in the beginning of the season than at the end, so maybe that's why.

That's an incredibly difficult bar. In 43 games, Dodge won 6, three of them against a transitional FBS team. In 39 games, Chad Morris has won 15 games. That's bad, but it in no way approaches threatening Dodge. Then again, does Westlake have a rival? It'd be pretty funny to see those two lined up against each other in Austin.

Realtime RPI has us at 47 with projected losses against #48 LaTech, #83 UAB, and #46 FAU. Do they update the projected win/loss column as the season goes or is that from pre-season?

Reading around the internet last night and this morning, I've yet to see a team fan base we've beat over the past two season ever give us an ounce of credibility for having a good team. It's always, "This is the most embarrassing loss in our history and we have the worst team we've ever put on a field and we're going to lose every game because we lost to North Texas." That's ok. Keep ignoring us. Keep dismissing us. Keep looking past us. We'll keep quietly showing up and taking the W's.
