And if our program was in the top 70% of d1 programs when he arrived I'd agree with you. But when he came in, he had to first clean up all the crap left before him. I can promise you this, he is a major reason we'll have a new stadium in 2011 and he will be coaching that first game at the new stadium.

Comparing the tenure at your job and coaching a college football team seems silly to me.

I will never understand all of you who use this board to constantly trash our coaching staff/athletic department/school leadership. How embarrassing. What is it that makes you feel so entitled? Or even better, why do you think you can make better decisions than those who do this as their occupation? I'd love to create a message board forum to openly discuss my abilities to do your job better than you. If your point against Dodge is his experience at the college level how about being patient and letting him gain the vaulable experience here? The improvement we've made from last season is encouraging. But did you guys think that starting a freshman quarterback, even if he's as highly thought of as Riley Dodge, would be seemless? I'll take my lumps from you guys now but rest assured when this thing turns I will be calling each of you out for your jumping ship every week.

the 'caw' is very annoying. why don't mean green fans just always carry a cold green bean in their pocket and instead of giving someone a 'caw' pelt them with the green bean instead. i'd much rather be hit with a cold green bean than given the 'caw.'

I gagree. I don't like the alma mater after the game. Except after a big win and the team is pumped. That's when it's fun. But I still think the majority of people who complain about not having any traditions are the same that don't participate in those that are in place right now.

Unbelievable. I knew this thread would be here today. Did Riley look bad yesterday? Yes. But come on. What I'm most worried about is why I saw some of you 'big players' here on the board not participating in the singing of our alma mater. I guess getting on the field after the game is more important.
