These are the same fans who trash Vizza. They get so worked up over their program that they can't remember that college athletics involves 19 year old kids who often have more going on than just the sport they play.

I too would've liked to see Canales as our next HC. But does anyone else not see it being a problem to keep him around the program? He was obviously well liked by the players, many who went the social media route to express their anger towards the decision. I could totally see McCarney having a tough time establishing his voice in the room with Canales staying here. We don't need that. We need to follow McCarney and we need the players following him.

If everything is being kept quiet don't you think any named candidate is just someone's assumption? I'm affraid at the end of this search we'll have no idea who was contacted, interviewed, etc. But that's probably for the best.
