It was a great game and fun atmosphere. My kids loved it and we are planning to go to more women's games. I really liked the intro with the smoke and running out of the tunnel. nice touch. Props to the pep band...they were really into the game and were vocal the entire time.

I agree but i do believe we will get to follow him at the next level like Cobbs. I bet he finds himself on an NFL team next season.

We get to tailgate and experience another Game Day at Apogee after being off for about a month. It seems that every game I'm more and more excited about that wonderful place. Obviously winning helps trememdously and I'm so thankful that our team is building a winning tradition at home. I have a good feeling that Saturday will be a very special day. Our menu is pretty basic this weekend...Fisher's Meat Market sausage and smoked cheese and hotdogs for the kids... anyone else have their menu planned?

I deleted my comment...didn't come out like what I had in my head. I fully support UNT and the great growth our whole athletic program has had over the last decade. Like everyone, I just want UNT to win in this conference or the next.

Yes, and thank God he is. He had done amazing things at UNT. No, not perfect and not every decision was the best, but geez, he has grown our AD program leaps and bounds from where it was when he got here. Let's all just take a breath and realize that we were not going to win the Sun Belt title this year. Our team is making great progress and going in the right direction. Last night was tough...injuries suck. We have a by-week to rest and get ready for another tough road game in Troy. We now have hope in future of the program. Please don't drag RV or Coach Mac down when we are only 9 games into the first season of a new era. The wins will come.

None of us parents expect you to understand how we cringe when F-bombs or other curse words are yelled out, you are in college with no kids. We were once in college with no kids and heard the same things. The student section is awesome with it's intensity and energy. It just does not benefit anyone to ruin the fight song with curse words. Be as loud as you want and that is certainly encouraged...just please represent your University in a positive manner.

Having the cue on the video board is a great idea. The Rangers do this during the playoffs and it's so electric and loud. They show Texas on the upper deck and Rangers on the bottom deck. It's very awesome and everyone is on the same page.

While we are creating this tradition (which I like), let do the North Texas chant 4 times followed by "HEY YOU ON THE HILL, THANKS FOR BEING A PART OF THE GAMEDAY EXPERIENCE, PLEASE COME INSIDE TO WATCH THE GAME" couldn't resist
