That's sad. The Mean Green are still my team regardless of the players or coach. Hopefully you will change your mind and still support the team in person. Yes, it's very frustrating to watch at times, but it's still fun to cheer for your school IMO

Makes me wonder what JJ let the players get away with. I am very glad Benford holds them accountable. Hopefully these young men will remember these lessons in real life.

Hopefully we will hear an official announcement this Spring regarding the return of baseball and a stadium rendering. Several donors already lined up. Close to half of available season tickets are already claimed. Email the AD to get your name down. I feel we will be good right from the start. There are really only 4 options in the DFW area for good baseball programs...UTA, Dallas Baptist, TCU and UNT. A player would most likely get offered a half scholorship so coming to UNT or UTA would save them roughly $14k a year over going to TCU or Dallas Baptist. In my opinion, Denton is more attractive than Arlington and UNT's campus life is as well. We'll have a good shot at getting really good players as soon as we start.

I feel the best thing for UNT basketball is for Tony Mitchell to move on. He's a good kid and a good player...but I'd happily take a player like Odufua, Franklin, Calvin Watson, etc. They work their tails off, give it 100% and aren't lazy and I don't remember seeing them whine. I wish nothing but the best for Tony in his future career...basketball or not.

I love that 3 games in November are at home...that usually makes for some sweet tailgate weather. The August game will be a sweat mess but we'll be too excited about football to notice

If they use the same technique for counting attendance that they used on the Middle game when Lance broke Cobbs record, we'll destroy the all time attendance record this coming year
